Marque Deposeeというのはフランスでの登録商標を指しますし、緩急調整の表記がRとAですから、フランスで作られたか売られたかしたと思われますが、ムーヴメントまで刻印されていることを考えると、フランスでドイツ向けに作られたか、フランスの時計店なり宝飾店なりがグラスヒュッテのどこかに作らせたか、というような推測ができるかと思います。
といいつつケースにはスイスとドイツの銀800のホールマークが刻印されてるんですよね・・・うーむ謎だ。

This is a high-grade "Systeme Glashuette", named "Marque Deposee Cellini", with serial numbers for the movement and case intact.
"Marque Deposee" means "Registered Mark" in French, and we can see "A" and "R" letters on escapement wheel bridge, naturally it would be sold or manufacturered in France.
But on the other hand, we can see hallmarks suggesting both Swiss and German, it is a bit messing.
